As an artist it is important to give credit and attribution to the work. By using this site you agree not to plagiarize or infringe on copyright laws (including copying, reproducing, downloading, distributing, or transmitting) related to my visual and written designs, photographs, blogs, brand, or other materials relating to Kristen Martinelli, without written permission, attribution, and other rules stipulated between parties.
Additionally, some of my visual designs align under Section 107 of the Copyright Act of 1976 used for educational, criticism, research, and reporting purposes.

I reserve the right to change my website content, focus, brand, and materials at any time, at my discretion.

Your personal information is collected when you willingly input your email into one of the forms or promotional offers found on the Kristen Martinelli website.
Your email is then stored in Squarespace. Any email correspondences you receive from me will include the ability to opt-out. At which time, your email will be removed from my mailing list.
I do not spam email and do not share your email or personal information with any other party. It is strictly for my use to give you updates about my content, projects, and offers.

I love to hear your thoughts and comments throughout the blog. However, I reserve the right to edit or delete any comments submitted to the blog/website without notice due to:
Comments deemed to be spam or questionable
Comments including profanity
Comments containing language or concepts that could be deemed offensive
Comments containing hate speech, credible threats, or direct attacks on an individual or group
